What we do :
- Collaborate with the Firm’s management to identify desirable outcomes, key developmental goals, realistic expectations, and specific metrics for the coaching process;
- Custom design a coaching process that will build these key skills;
- Begin the process by assessing the strengths and developmental needs of participating attorneys through a systematic process;
- Determine an action plan for each participant;
- Coach each participant to identify, integrate, and practice new behaviors;
- Reinforce the new behaviors so that they become dependable, long- lasting habits;
- Identify the improvements.
